We are delighted to confirmed a surge in turnover and profit for the year to March 2017.
Turnover at our 63 strong studio grew by 26% to £6.13m and pre-tax profits increased to £1.53m, up 52%.
To capitalise on our strong position, we are now looking to recruit an additional ten staff to join our thriving successful London based team.
Chris Darling, Managing Director, Darling Associates, comments:
“Our great results have flowed from the substantial investment we have made in our practice and our team over the last 3-4 years.”
“This has equipped us to handle larger and more high profile projects, such as Three Glass Wharf, the new HMRC workplace building in Bristol for Salmon Developments and the Lollard Street affordable housing development for Canary Wharf Group in Lambeth, which recently topped out. In recent weeks we’ve also secured a series of high profile project with new and existing clients constituting a construction value approaching £1 billion.
“Despite the political uncertainties, up to now the UK economy has remained robust and our workload reflects this”.
Darling Associates has its primary studio in Victoria, London, and an office in Poznan, Poland. The studio, which is currently working on 94 live projects as of May 2017, was recently shortlisted in the AJ 100 for Practice of the Year, Best Employer and Fastest Growing Practice categories.
