DA shortlisted for AJ100 Practice of the Year and Fastest Growing Practice

For the second year in a row, Darling Associates have been shortlisted for the prestigious AJ100 Practice of the Year and Fastest Growing Practice.

This is the 4th time that Darling Associates have been up for the coveted award, having been a previous winner of AJ100 “Practice of the Year” in 2009. Darling Associates were also nominated for Fastest Growing Practice in 2017.

Celebrating our 15th year in business, we have seen a 25% growth of the practice for the second year in a row. This last year also has seen us broaden our skill set by delivering projects in new sectors including leisure, hotel and hospitality. Later this year, the practice will deliver 3 marquee projects, Axtell House, Lollard Street and 3 Glass Wharf each highlighting our diverse ability to design and building beautiful places to live, work and relax.

Our success over the last 15 years lies in our dedication to design beautiful and elegant architecture, nurture a dynamic and stimulated creative team, focus on our building’s end users and provide all our clients with an exemplary service.

Established by Chris Darling in 2003, we work in a range of affordable to luxury residential projects, hotels, offices and retail schemes – and our diverse and talented team have the skills to deliver mixed-use, masterplanning and regeneration projects.

20 representatives from the studio will attend the gala night on 13th June 2018 at the Tower of London.
