Reimagining Richmond’s town office…
On behalf of Moorevale and Barwood Capital, Darling Associates have formally submitted a detailed planning submission for the refurbishment and extension of Eton House. The vision of the scheme is to create a new benchmark in HQ office design that will regenerate this part of the town centre.
Our director, Alastair Roberts enlightens on design elements, “our proposals encompass a strip back to the existing frame with a new ‘architectural skin’ combined with the introduction of an additional set back floor. This is to create a dynamic contemporary design led proposal together with associated ESG benefits by repurposing the existing frame, thus reducing carbon footprint. This will also create an enhanced amenity and associated integral landscaping and green wall.”
Others partnered in the proposal include; Paragon BC, Elliott Wood, Carter Jones, GDM and Phil Allen Design.
