Here at DAA, naturally, the team are thrilled that the rise of Unilever HQ is underway. Since planning application was approved in March 2021, Cube Real Estate has been working with Unilever and the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames to refine the plans. As of this month, Cube have partnered with LCN Capital Partners to fund the conglomerate’s new office campus.

Unilever Taking Steps

Unilever. The consumer goods giant behind brands like, Persil, Dove, Magnum and Marmite. Love it or hate it, the total of 282,000 sq ft will prove some important sustainability targets, boast luxury-status wellbeing and urge other businesses to think about the future.
