Having completed an exciting comprehensive leadership programme our Project Directors and Associates had the opportunity to present their projects on Friday. They have learnt additional tools to enhance their skills of cross-team working practices, strengthen their business acumen and be able to identify further key initiatives to drive Darling Associates to the next level.
