We are rounding up Mental Health Awareness Week with our #wearitgreen day. According to a recent survey by Mental Health Foundation 25% of all adults feel so anxious it stops them from doing the things they want to, some or all of the time. The good news is that by focusing on anxiety for Mental Health Awareness Week, The Mental Health Foundation want to improve public understanding of anxiety and share some of the things that can help prevent it from becoming a problem.
We hope to help make that change, by raising funds for and awareness of mental health and keeping it at the top of the public agenda.
