These include enhanced greening and planting in communal and private areas, as well as the provision of electric vehicle charging points. The building features a fully electric HVAC system for heating and cooling, ensuring no fossil fuels are used on-site.
Together with our client Barwood Capital and Moorevale, we had only recently been awarded a Distinguished Contribution to Richmond for the transformation and refurbishment of the project.
