The Welcome Building welcomes Hargreaves Lansdown

We are pleased to share that Hargreaves Lansdown, one of the UK’s leading investment platforms, is relocating to Welcome Building taking 90,000 sq ft of workspace in the largest Bristol City Centre office deal since 2019. Our approach demonstrates the role architecture and high-quality design can play in shaping places where major occupiers choose to be.
