Darling Associates has acquired CBP Architects, the Nottingham-based architectural practice, bringing together two design-led teams with a shared focus on thoughtful, deliverable architecture and long-term client relationships.
The acquisition strengthens Darling Associates’ presence in the Midlands and broadens the practice’s capacity across education, commercial, residential and conservation sectors. CBP will continue to operate from its Nottingham base, maintaining continuity for clients and projects while gaining access to wider resources, specialist expertise and a national platform.
This marks a strategic step for Darling Associates as it continues to invest in talent, regional networks and the infrastructure needed to support complex projects from concept through delivery.
