Unanimous Approval for Portsmouth

We’re delighted to share that our Portsmouth city centre regeneration project has received unanimous planning approval.

Set on the former Debenhams site, the scheme reimagines a long-vacant and prominent location as a design-led mixed-use neighbourhood, bringing new homes, active ground floor uses and high-quality public realm into the heart of the city.

Developed through close collaboration with Portsmouth City Council, the proposals will deliver 724 new homes, co-living for early-career professionals, and new retail and civic spaces, all designed to support a more connected, vibrant city centre.

With work targeted to begin later this year, this marks an important step in unlocking a key regeneration opportunity for Portsmouth.
