Our project, Unilever Campus, the new commercial headquarters development for Unilever in Kingston town centre, has been named Commercial Development of the Year at the CoStar Impact Awards by an independent panel of judges.
Comprising two office buildings delivering approximately 275,000 sq ft of workspace, connected by a shared reception and upper-level bridge, the campus has been designed to support over 2,000 employees. Delivered by Cube RE for The Hathaway Fund, the scheme achieved practical completion in December 2024 and meets the highest standards, targeting BREEAM Excellent, EPC A and WiredScore Platinum.
