Another step forward for Exeter city centre! Exeter City Council has resolved to grant planning consent for Mary Arches, a 297-unit co-living development designed for our client Eutopia Homes Ltd.
Located on the Mary Arches car park, adjacent to the Guildhall Shopping Centre and just a short walk from Exeter St Davids station, this 1.2-acre site will be transformed into a thoughtfully designed, community-focused living environment, offering flexible homes, alongside shared amenities and a policy-compliant level of affordable housing.
Co-living done well isn’t just about space efficiency, it’s about creating places where people genuinely want to live. That’s been the driving ambition behind every design decision on Mary Arches.
