Polish Competition 2009

Description A regeneration of the old town in Nysa, which was demolished during the second World War and erratically redeveloped in the 1960s.

The proposal aimed to create a link between the past and present by preserving and enhancing the ruins of the old town while providing new facilities for a contemporary city.

Darling Associates were shortlisted and positioned in fourth place.
