Carla graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa with a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (B.A.S) 1993 & Bachelor of Architecture Degree (B.Arch) 1995. After working for 2 years in South Africa for a small practise dealing mainly in residential projects, Carla moved to the U.K. where she has since qualified as an architect.

Carla joined Hamilton Associates in 1998 and has worked on large-scale commercial projects (both new built & refurbishments) in central London as well as a residential scheme for 400+ units at Gypsy Corner.

Since joining Darling Associates Architecture in July 2004, Carla has worked on an office fit-out scheme and is currently working on a commercial refurbishment project in the city.
