Status On site - Due for completion in March  2009

Description Refurbishment of an office building with retail units at ground and basement level. The design brief is to extend the Fenchurch Street elevation outward to align with the 2 adjacent buildings, replacing the existing facade with a crisp, modern exterior, re-inforcing the streetscape. Simultaneously, to create additional floor area replacing the existing plant enclosure at top floor level with office space and to rationalise the plant provision in the development.
