Station Square is a mixed-use site that consists of a flexible 85,000 sqft HQ office building and a 180 private unit residential tower located in a prime position in Slough.

Our aspiration for this important development site is to enhance the developing commercial centre of Slough. Through this, we will deliver a new communal green urban piazza that will feature the office reception, co-working communities, café and restaurants, as well as the residential entrance.

The public realm has been designed around level access to all buildings. A basement car park is provided for both the office (80 spaces) and the residential development (40 spaces), including disabled parking provision (10%), secure cycle parking (with associated facilities) and electric car charging spaces (10%).

The 180-unit residential tower has a private concierge at ground floor and focused on providing high quality living environments with private amenity that maximise views to Windsor and beyond.
