The Welcome Building is an exemplary quality, multi-occupier building designed to provide the highest quality working environment in the heart of Bristol. The building will be an all-electric workspace with PV cells on the roof and is targeting net zero carbon in operation and BREEAM outstanding.
International law firm DAC Beachcroft will be relocating more than 800 members of staff, having taken levels six and seven of the 207,000 sq ft building, which is being delivered by our clients Tristan Capital Partners and Trammell Crow Company.
