We’re pleased to welcome three new team members to Darling Associates as we continue to nurture emerging talent and creativity at our studio.
Uran, Beth and Stephanie join us as Part II and Part I Architectural Assistants, each bringing a distinctive mix of design curiosity, technical understanding and creative flair.
Uran Jerlija is a Part II Architectural Assistant who graduated from London South Bank University in 2023. His thesis project, *The Proletarian Theatre: A Technological Coup d’état*, was nominated for the AJ Student Prize 2023. With experience across residential, civic and cultural projects, Uran’s approach explores storytelling and client priorities to produce conceptually rich, people-centred designs.
Beth Masding joins the practice as a Part I Architectural Assistant during her placement year from Loughborough University. A highlight of her studies includes co-designing a pavilion now exhibited at the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale. She is looking forward to broadening her experience, developing her design skills and contributing to live projects at Darling.
Stephanie Stocks is a Part I Architectural Assistant with a background in Fine Art and Marketing. She completed her degree at the University of East London, where she contributed to *Timeless Flight* – a live sculpture created for UEL’s 125th anniversary. Her work bridges creativity and functionality, bringing an artistic lens to contemporary architectural design.
We’re committed to supporting the next generation of architects, providing opportunities for early career professionals to develop their skills, engage in meaningful design work, and contribute to the practice’s diverse portfolio of projects.
