Fetter Lane

A major external and internal refurbishment of an existing 1970s office building to create contemporary A-grade office space.

A major external and internal refurbishment of an existing 1970s office building to create contemporary A-grade office space. The overall area is approximately 11,000sqm.

The facades were comprehensively re-clad, replacing the heavy gridded pattern of mirror glass with larger panels of clear glazing, to create an overall lighter feel and a more up-to-date appearance to the building. The internal geometries were re-planned to create a reception space and main entrance that addresses the street corner, forming a more logical approach giving the development more clarity at street level.
