Southbank Place

Interior architecture for The Shell Centre development, overlooking London’s Southbank.

The proposed redevelopment at Southbank Place comprises of eight buildings arranged orthogonally across the site around the existing Shell Tower.

Two of the proposed buildings are predominantly office use, with the remainder residential use.  Building 3 provides residential apartments on 28 levels and is configured as a mixed tenure residential building comprised of “Affordable rent – Extra Care accommodation”, “Affordable rent – Intermediate accommodation” and “Private rented tenure accommodation”. Darling Associates have been appointed as interior architects on the 203 Private rented units and Private common parts.
