Axtell Soho has been shortlisted in the Refurb category for the 2019 AJ Architecture Awards.
The AJ Architecture Awards recognise excellence in UK architecture across a range of categories, from School & Housing Projects to Landscaping and Leisure. These highly coveted awards are unique to the market, with each shortlisted project visited by a judging panel and published in the Architects’ Journal.
Designed by Darling Associates for E&A Property Investment Company, the aim with Axtell Soho was to revitalise the property through a robust composition that unifies historic and contemporary design themes.
US fashion firm VF signed a 10-year lease for this 15,000 square foot office earlier this year as a brand showcase.
