Green Light for Camp Hill
Darling Associates alongside, Goodstone Living are delighted to be given the green light for works to commence on the mixed-use scheme, Camp Hill. Located in the heart of Birmingham’s thriving creative quarter, Digbeth, Camp Hill will comprise of +500 build-to-rent residential units.

The project sees the construction of seven new blocks, ranging from three to 26 storeys and containing 480 apartments and townhouses, a 167-bedroom hotel and 15,930 sq ft of commercial space.The scheme provides 5 studios, 224 one-bedroom, 209 two-bedroom and 30 three-bedroom apartments and 12 four-bedroom townhouses. The tallest element of the regeneration contains apartments while the hotel will be in an eight-storey section.There will also be a parking provision for 120 cars, eight motorbikes and cycling parking for all residents, roof-top amenities including animal habitats and new public space alongside an energy centre to provide combined heat and power to the development. Camp Hill is a significant brownfield site and has the potential to mark and support the transformation and regeneration of the Digbeth Creative Quarter and this part of the city.
