We are delighted to share that we have embarked on an exciting comprehensive leadership programme for our Project Directors and Associates. They are learning the tools to enhance their skills of cross-team working practices, strengthen their business acumen and be able to identify further key initiatives to drive our architecture firm to the next level.
The programme also integrates their own personal development plans and gain a deeper understanding of their strengths so that they can subsequently pass on this knowledge to the wider team.
