Our clients, residential and mixed-use developer Telford Homes, marked a major construction milestone last week, with the topping out at its iconic Perfume Factory site which will deliver the UNCLE Acton Build to Rent development. The ceremony was held on 11 May when the team laid the final shovel of cement to signify the completion of the building!
The redevelopment of the site will be a mixed-use scheme with three residential buildings delivering a new public open space and private roof top amenity spaces. Our design will see the scheme will deliver 376 homes – a mix of 238 Build to Rent apartments and 138 affordable housing homes across three residential towers comprising 12, 16 and 25 stories. Notting Hill Genesis will deliver the much-needed affordable homes.
