Darling Associates Architects’ design for The Perfume factory sees the former Elizabeth Arden factory site transformed into a new residential led mixed-use redevelopment, delivering 374 new homes (36 per cent affordable), 1,403 sq m of commercial floorspace, rooftop amenity space and public realm improvements.
