London Planning Consents Granted

We are delighted to have secured not one but TWO planning consents for our designs in London this week.

School Road in Acton, will be a residential-led development comprising of 176 new homes.

In the West End, our plans for the extension and rationalisation of the north facing roof scape of the Trocadero block have been given the green light by Westminster City Council. Whilst providing an additional 84 rooms to the Zedwell Hotel, the proposal takes a holistic view, providing a conduit between the listed facades below and more recent additions above.
