6 Agar Street

Major commercial refurbishment in the West End.

6 Agar Street is a major commercial refurbishment in the West End. The 57,891 sq ft (NIA) office building features an historic brickwork facade on Chandos Place and Bedford Street, with a new post-modern facade on Agar Street.

The reception aesthetic establishes the palette for the whole building. Large format natural stone flooring and solid oak joinery are used throughout the scheme creating a feel of quality and solidity. The internal courtyard has been transformed into a new heart to the building. The new courtyard links the office space together offering uninterrupted views across the building. Terraces have been created on the first, second and fifth floors, which combine with the courtyard to create a stunning working environment.
