Montpelier Mews

Residential development providing 18 units in a prominent area of Knightsbridge

Montpelier Mews is an 18-unit residential development, located just off Brompton Road in Knightsbridge. The project consists of two blocks (16-19 and 20-21) coming together to form a beautiful new set of a high-quality, sustainable residences within the Knightsbridge Conservation Area.

The project involves the demolition of one ill-proportioned residential block that will be replaced by a more sustainable four-storey building (plus lower ground floor) to accommodate eight residential apartments with external amenity space. Alongside this, an existing neighbouring building on site will be refurbished and extended to match the design of the new building, forming a consistent and elegant development that provides 10 residential units.

In total, the development will consist of 3 one-bedroom, 8 two-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom apartments.

The design has been carefully considered to improve Montpelier Mews within the context of the conservation area. A new elevational treatment uses durable and natural materials to enhance the character and appearance within Knightsbridge.
