The building has been transformed into a 41,721 sqft (GIA) office through a major refurbishment and extension of the existing Moreau House.
OneOneSix’s façade has been created using high quality materials, reflecting the building’s position within the Knightsbridge Conservation Area. The building’s new frontage has been thoughtfully designed to enhance and complement the wider context of Knightsbridge.
Internally, the refurbishment and alteration works include the redevelopment of the reception, WCs and common parts. The entrance experience has been greatly improved with an impressive double height entrance and elegant reception area. As occupants and visitors enter the workplace environment, they experience high quality wood and stone panelled walls, natural stone flooring and a feature staircase.
From the ground floor through to fourth floor, additional accommodation has been maximised with a rear extension to the first, second and third levels. The full height glazed doors and large windows enable the building to benefit from plenty of natural light. An extension to the fifth floor has enhanced the offering of OneOneSix, offering unique views across to Harrods and beyond into Knightsbridge from the newly created terraces.
The scheme has been designed to offer flexible open-plan floorplates, enabling a future-proofed design that ensures longevity of usage, where occupants can create an optimal working environment for their employees.
