The façade will be replaced with new floor to ceiling glazing and metal / mesh panels, providing a sleek modern aesthetic and maximizing the active frontage to all parts of the building.
The tower will have a lighter touch applied, but one that reconnects it to the podium ensuring a modern design consistency. The windows will be replaced, and the façade panels refurbished, with internal redecoration to incorporate exposed services and new WC’s and lift lobbies.
