The proposed work includes the removal of existing rooftop clutter, which would then be used as a base to create a residential scheme of high quality, with minimal impact on the historical building façade and existing apartments.
The new homes have been designed to ensure no unwanted views of adjacent buildings, and that each new home is provided with private roof top amenity space within the city. Rooftop gardens will be sensitively incorporated into the residential design – with a shield from the existing rooftop.
